- Fits standard 1 barrel carb flanges

- Tall design matches Rochester Model B and Zenith 28/228 carburetors

The Y200 Zenith 28 style replaces 1 barrel downdraft carburetors on 200 – 300 CID 6 cylinder applications.
This carburetor is a direct replacement for Carter W-1, Rochester Model B and Zenith 28/228 carburetors used on Chevrolet, Chevrolet Truck and GMC applications with a clamp-on air cleaner. Does not fit air cleaners with wing nut retainers.
Also suitable for replacing Carter 1 bbl carbs such as the Carter BB, WA-1 and WE.
New, not rebuilt, replacement 1 barrel carburetor for 200-300 CID 6 cylinder applications. Features manual choke, universal type linkage, clamp-on air cleaner mounting and linkage adapters for various applications. Specifically designed to replace Carter W-1, Rochester Model B and Zenith 28/228 carburetors on Chevrolet and GMC applications.
Ethanol compatible. Replaces most 1 barrel downdraft carburetors that use a clamp-on air cleaner and manual choke.

Hello Carburetor Doctor, I just installed the Y200 carb on my 54 chev 3100 truck with a 235 cid motor. Purged the gas line, installed the new filter, bolted her right on, and it started right up ! I couldn’t believe how well it ran right out of the box, I haven’t even made any adjustments to it yet ! Drove the truck down the road 20km and back, worked great, no leaks, and the best of all, it starts right up, one little press on the starter ! I would wear my battery down with that old Rochester, trying to start it. Should have had this years ago, instead of rebuilding my old carb which leaked bad.
